Dennis D. D’Andrea lives by a statement of belief: “Doing the right things, the right way, with the right people every day!” – a true WIN – WIN – WIN philosophy.

Dennis has taken his belief and incorporated it into his professional life, specializing in the advisement of business owners, and their respective companies, as well as, the protection of corporate executives’ most valuable assets. His areas of expertise in the financial services industry include life insurance as collateral for business owners/borrowers, the integration of personal and professional financial design; providing income insurance to professionals in corporate America; and the review and analysis of retirement plans.

He has established a solid reputation for outstanding dedication and exemplary service to his clients. What differentiates Dennis’s financial design firm from others is that he surrounds himself with highly qualified specialists in a variety of expertise. This collaboration provides his clients with a team of professionals serving their needs, coordinating the right products and services for the best possible solution. Dennis manages to quarterback the strategy to help fulfill his clients’ goals.

Dennis graduated from Malvern Prep and then went to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University. He worked in the family concrete construction company and after 12 years of construction management and ownership, he decided to focus on his desire to be in the financial services industry.

He has his Life, Accident, Health, Property, and Casualty Licenses. He also earned his FINRA Series 6, 63, & 65 registrations, and is an Investment Advisor Representative of MML Investors Services, LLC.  He has the designation of CFBS, (Certified Family Business Specialist).

In 1997, Dennis joined MassMutual Greater Philadelphia, providing a wide variety of financial products and services to help solve today’s problems and to prepare for the future. In January 2008, Dennis launched 3D Financial Group. Throughout his career, Dennis has been recognized with many awards and was the President of the MMGP AAX for seven years. He has written articles for several association newsletters and business magazines, and awards, such as Leaders Club and Quota Buster, and Quality Business. He formed and facilitated two professional networks: MAGnet and On TARGET for the past nine and seven years, respectively.

Dennis and his wife Maria, reside in Broomall, Delaware County, PA with their Miniature Pinscher, Sophia. Dennis appreciates fitness and nutrition, reading self-improvement books, daily meditation, and prayer.

From early childhood, Cynthia has been drawn to storytelling. From street art to her coworker’s crazy socks, she finds inspiration in the stories of everyday life and the messages that brands create, either intentionally or accidentally. Cynthia believes everyone has a story to share, and many just need the platform and support to express it.

As the Head of Marketing for 3D, Cynthia’s mission is to create extraordinary opportunities and share the stories of 3D advisors that are helping to change people’s lives through financial wellness. Her team focuses on crafting authentic, unique, and personalized branding and programming that communicate the values that make 3D unique.

Cynthia, her husband, and their 2 children reside in South Philadelphia. From pop-up festivals to sporting events, the “South Philly St. Pierres” love taking advantage of all the city offers.
